Receive stocks upon shipment delivery.
Ensures proper stacking, tagging and labeling of goods delivered.
Properly follows FIFO stacking of items, whether incoming and outgoing shipments and/or deliveries.
Ensures proper stacking and material handling of products.
Assists Delivery Driver and Helper in proper handling of stocks/ fragile merchandise.
Labels and stockpile goods according to size, type of goods, classification and the likes.
Box, wrap and pack goods in accordance with relevant procedures and standards in Good Warehousing Practices, cGMP and SSOP as well as other regulatory practices.
Can clearly communicate with client terms in receiving of documents.
Ensures proper recording and stacking of stocks.
Notifies Superior of aging products on a monthly basis.
Certifies receiving of products are in place. Always maintains record of receiving report.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
