We're Hiring: VP of Operations - Local Accounts!
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic VP of Operations to lead our local accounts division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all local accounts
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Drive innovation and best practices within the operations team
Prepare reports for stakeholders on operational performance and progress
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management or related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in managing local accounts is highly desirable
