We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP for Academics to lead our academic programs and drive educational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in academic administration, curriculum development, and faculty management to enhance our institution's academic standards and student outcomes.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement strategic academic policies and programs
Oversee curriculum development and academic quality assurance
Lead and mentor faculty members and academic staff
Monitor academic performance and student success metrics
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders
Drive innovation in teaching methodologies and educational technology
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in academic leadership roles
Advanced degree in relevant field (Master's/PhD preferred)
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record in faculty development and curriculum design
Experience with accreditation processes and quality standards
