Responsibilities:

  • Create the visual playbook for all edamama physical retail concepts to standardize the signature edamama look and feel.
  • Coordination with suppliers and ensure their compliance to the edamama standard.
  • Conceptualize and execute store thematic store dress-ups in alignment with the Marketing Campaign calendar.
  • Drive clear focus areas to influence customer shopping behavior and allow for a more intuitive shopping experience.
  • Submit visual merchandising reports as needed.
  • Able to train field and head office teams on merchandising set ups and materials.


Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years experience with visual display
  • Must have skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and MS Office
  • Able to communicate, coordinate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must do store visits at least 3-4 times a week
