Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies
- Plan and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and mannequin styling
- Coordinate with marketing and retail teams for campaign launches and seasonal themes
- Lead and train in-store visual merchandisers
- Conduct store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve product presentation
- Minimum 5 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the garments or fashion retail industry
- Strong knowledge of display techniques, planograms, and retail trends
- Creative eye with attention to detail
- Experience managing a visual merchandising team
- Proficiency in design software is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
