Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to lead the Studio team in providing brand consistency, design, publishing, document control, and distribution services to support QBE business units. The role involves advising clients and implementing optimal solutions for their visual and digital communication requirements Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of a long-term Studio strategy and vision.
  • Manage projects including planning and implementation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Produce online digital content and graphics such as brand materials and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain good client relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work on all elements of online/interactive marketing, including animations and video.
  • Maintain the image and copyrights of the company on the internet.
  • Identify improvements to innovate and optimise company processes.
  • Manage designers and liaise closely with the digital/interactive production team.
  • Leading, managing, coaching and mentoring the team for optimal performance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholder groups to understand communication needs and requirements.
Work Experience: Necessary Work Experience includes:
  • Moderate relevant experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate design or professional services environment.
  • Experience providing creative and innovative solutions.
  • Experience leading a team of designers.
  • Moderate commercial experience in online and interactive design.
Qualifications: Necessary Qualifications include:
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
