- Work as a support for the Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications.
- Liaise with applicants to follow up on visa application requirements.
- Gather, review, and assess necessary information and requirements, ensuring everything is in place.
- Ensure all required documents are provided and complete.
- Draft and prepare supporting documents for visa applications.
- Endorse completed visa application forms for payment.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for other supporting information or documents needed.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Experience in visa processing, immigration support, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Must be open to 6-month project-based employment.
