Job Purpose
The Virtual Sales Officer engages DAO clients of Consumer Bank group in presenting relevant product solutions and efficiently fulfill service requests from CBG - Platforms consistent with the Bank’s business growth objectives and customer service goals.

The Virtual Sales Officer engages DAO clients of Consumer Bank group in presenting relevant product solutions and efficiently fulfill service requests from CBG - Platforms consistent with the Bank’s business growth objectives and customer service goals.
Responsibilites
- Engages DAO clients to present relevant product solutions based on client's needs and fulfillment of service requests
- Performs sales programs, engagements, virtual meetings or online appointments with clients
- Ensures consistent and timely delivery of services to clients
- Enroll clients and promotes usage of digital channels and platforms
- Encodes in all available reporting tools to document results of client engagements
- Closely monitors and provides regular updates to each client
- Maintains strict confidentiality of client data
- Endorses product applications and service requests of new and existing clients to the appropriate unit for processing
- Performs administrative tasks and other functions that may be assigned from time to time
