We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Team Lead to work directly alongside the Founder of a fast-growing US-based real estate company. This is a critical leadership and execution role, not a simple administrative position.
Your primary mission is to be the Founder's most trusted operational partner. You will take ownership of key business and personal logistics, build and implement efficient systems, and ensure that the Founder's strategic priorities are executed flawlessly. You will be the person who makes things happen and brings structure to a dynamic environment.

- Lead Key Operational Projects: Take charge of the Founder's personal and professional operational needs, from managing a complex calendar to handling end-to-end travel logistics.
- System & Workflow Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain systems to improve efficiency, track priorities, and manage communications (e.g., inbox management protocols, project tracking).
- High-Stakes Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for the Founder's most critical initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve logistical and administrative bottlenecks before they escalate or require the Founder's attention.
- Inbox and Calendar Management: Oversee the Founder's schedule and email, ensuring his time is protected and focused on high-value activities.
- Personal Logistics Management: Handle personal operational tasks for the Founder, including scheduling important appointments and coordinating with family members as needed.
- 5+ years of proven experience in an operational leadership role, such as Operations Team Lead, Project Manager, Senior Supervisor, or a similar position with significant responsibility.
- Direct experience working in the BPO industry or for a foreign company in a remote setting is highly preferred.
- Strong background in managing workflows, implementing SOPs, and handling complex scheduling or logistical challenges.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and project management tools.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative during US business hours.
