Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical reception, scheduling, or administrative work (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Psychiatry practice or mental health workflows (required)
- Experience using Charm EMR and Spruce (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance verification is a plus
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment
- Comfortable using Zoom throughout the workday
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or higher (genuine, 32/64-bit)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 8GB
- Internet: Wired DSL/Fiber, at least 50 Mbps (No LTE connections accepted)
- Headset: USB noise-canceling mic (Plantronics Audio 628 recommended)
- Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (A4Tech PK-910H recommended)
- Monitor: External monitor (17", 19", or 22")
