Virtual Maintenance Coordinator (VMC)

Job Title: Virtual Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home)

Tasks:

Coordinate maintenance requestsHandle phone calls and emails

Manage, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day maintenance requests

Maintain contracts, job approvals, and any other documentation

Coordinate with property managers and maintenance techniciansMonitor/coordinate miscellaneous housing compliance

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and effective communication between tenants and maintenance teams

Track and document maintenance issues and resolutions

Oversee the scheduling and completion of maintenance tasks

Provide regular updates to property managers on maintenance statusMaintain organized records of maintenance activities and documentation

Tools you should be familiar with:

AppFolio or any property management platform

Qualifications:

Experience with property management platforms (preferably AppFolio)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in property management and Real Estate Industry
