The Opportunity: More Than an EA, A Real-World MBA

This is not your typical Executive Assistant position. While you will begin as the strategic right hand to the Founder, this role is a deliberately designed apprenticeship in entrepreneurship.

Your mission is two-fold. First, you will bring order to chaos, protect the Founder's time, and take full ownership of our Long-Term Rental (LTR) business. Second, you will use that foundation to launch into a leadership development track, rotating through key business units to learn exactly how our company runs from the inside out.

We are looking for a future leader who wants to start by mastering the fundamentals. This is a hands-on, real-world MBA for someone with the drive to grow beyond a traditional support role.

Your Initial Mission: Master the Core (First 6-12 Months)

As the Founder's Executive Assistant, you will be the central hub of their professional life and the direct owner of our LTR business unit.

Executive Partnership

  • Guardian of the Gate: Live in the Founder's high-volume inbox, instantly identifying the signal from the noise, handling 90% of issues autonomously, and acting as a seamless extension of the Founder.
  • Logistics "Fixer": Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and handle all travel logistics. A sold-out flight or a last-minute scheduling conflict is a puzzle you relish solving.
  • Force Multiplier: Drive communication and follow-up on key initiatives, ensuring the Founder's priorities are always moving forward and nothing falls through the cracks.

Long-Term Rental (LTR) Business Ownership

  • Business Unit Lead: Take full ownership of our LTR portfolio, from tenant relations and lease management to financial performance.
  • Problem Solver: Act as the primary point of contact for LTR properties, coordinating maintenance, resolving issues, and ensuring a best-in-class tenant experience.
  • Performance Optimizer: Track key metrics, identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings, and implement strategies to improve the portfolio's profitability.

Your Growth Trajectory: The Leadership Rotations

After demonstrating mastery of the core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to rotate into other key areas of the business. Each rotation is designed to give you a 360-degree view of the company and prepare you for a leadership role.

  • Rotation 1: Short-Term Rentals (STR): Dive into the fast-paced world of hospitality. Learn dynamic pricing, guest experience management, and the operational intensity required to run a 5-star STR business.
  • Rotation 2: Operations Improvement: Go under the hood of the company. Analyze our systems and processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead projects to implement more efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Rotation 3: Human Resources & Culture: Learn the people-side of the business. Get involved in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and initiatives that strengthen our company culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated ambition to grow beyond a traditional support role into a business leadership position.
  • Exceptional, world-class communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical and operational problems creatively and with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) and modern productivity tools.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in real estate, property management (LTR or STR), or a startup environment.
  • Experience managing projects or small teams.
