We are looking for a proactive individual interested in joining our team to work as an Executive (Virtual) Assistant to the CEO.
You will be paired with the CEO's other Executive Assistant to help you onboard well. The CEO is experienced with working with EAs and is looking for a new long-term match.

Some examples of the work you'll do:
- Managing the CEO's inbox daily, including but not limited to drafting responses for client engagement emails and partner emails
- Organizing the CEO's calendar and ensuring that all internal and external meetings are scheduled appropriately
- Assisting with internal operations, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding employees, client billing, company mailbox management
- Helping to build internal operations best practices
- Responding to team inquiries and requests regarding access and account setup issues
- Organizing team events and making arrangements for our company's birthday gifting project for the team
Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years of Executive (Virtual) Experience working on back-office administration and support, or operations including areas such as Human Resources, Finance, or Compliance.
- You are able to provide exemplary character references.
- You are able to work full-time and commit to helping Chore grow as a company long-term.
- You are comfortable (and enjoy) working US business hours.
- Are total geeks for better process, more standardization, and reinventing things just enough to make them more efficient. You enjoy improving every day.
- People who have a deep dedication to client satisfaction and doing right by our stakeholders, and going above and beyond to make sure our early adopters love us.
- Smart, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker with GREAT communication skills!
- Experience and comfort using the following is ideal but not required: Slack, Gmail, or ClickUp.
- Experience with project management.

Compensation:
- The starting salary for this position is anywhere between $1,000 - $2,000 per month (predicated on experience and reference checks).
- Equity (i.e. stock ownership) in Chore is included.
