Virtual Assistant (WFH)

THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION THAT REQUIRES FOR YOU TO HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS WORKING AS AN EMAIL BASED ASSISTANT OR RELATED TO THAT ROLE, MUST BE TECH SAVVY AND YOU MUST HAVE A WORK FROM HOME SET UP WITH A STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION.

OutPeak services Inc is looking for a dynamic, prompt, and attentive virtual assistant to join our close-knit team. The potential candidate would be required to monitor incoming inquiries and assign them to the appropriate department within 120 seconds to ensure inquiries are answered on a timely manner.

The Company Has 2 Main Divisions

• The first division contains our line of brands that deal with commercial and residential matting product, and manages brands such as Canada Mats, Coco Mats N More, Mat Supplier Group.
• The second division is our high end kids products from our mother brand Posh Baby and Kids and manages brands such as the Bentley Trike, McLaren Scooters, and Dwinguler Canada.
  
  

Tasks

• Manage Incoming email, chat inquiries and route them to the appropriate department.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information prior to passing it on to our sales and customer service team.
• Meet personal targets and quotas.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
