We are seeking a highly skilled VA - Social Media Automation to join our team and drive the growth of social media profiles for both our clients and internal accounts. This is a technical, non-client-facing role, ideal for someone with deep expertise in automation tools, data analysis, and social media growth strategies. You will be responsible for managing the automation processes that power growth on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring maximum results while maintaining account safety.

Responsibilities

Automation Management

• Set up and manage automation tools for social media growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Input client data into automation platforms and configure actions such as follows, likes, comments, DMs, and content posting schedules.
• Monitor proxies to ensure account safety and compliance with platform rules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to automation, including connectivity problems and tool malfunctions.
  
  

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze growth metrics, engagement rates, and audience quality to refine automation strategies.
• Adjust parameters to optimize for maximum account growth and engagement while maintaining safety.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to continuously improve processes.
  
  

Social Media Growth

• Implement growth strategies using advanced targeting, segmentation, and automation.
• Manage multiple client accounts and internal profiles simultaneously, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies for optimal results.
  
  

Content Management

• Curate and identify high-quality content for reposting on internal accounts.
• Utilize automation tools to schedule and post content that aligns with trends and platform best practices.
  
  

Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with customer service agents to gather and input client data into automation systems.
• Report progress, metrics, and any technical issues to relevant teams for swift resolution.
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all automation activities comply with platform rules and regulations to prevent bans or account restrictions.
• Manage proxies and other safety protocols to maintain secure and uninterrupted operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive Automation Experience: Mastery of tools such as Jarvee, Socilify, Massplanner, or similar social media growth platforms. With at least 1-2 years of experience in the same capacity.
• Social Media Growth Expertise: Proven experience growing accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a deep understanding of their algorithms.
• Proxies Management: Skilled in setting up and managing proxies to prevent IP blocks and maintain account security.
• Data Scraping Expertise: Proficient in extracting valuable data from social media platforms and utilizing it for optimization.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly resolve issues with automation tools, proxies, and account verification.
• Automation Strategies: Experience setting up automation parameters (e.g., follow/unfollow, DMs, content posting) for optimal growth without platform penalties.
• Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze engagement metrics and follower quality to drive decisions.
• Scalability: Demonstrated capability of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining performance and safety.
