We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of financial principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages, providingtimely,accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Prioritize and route customer inquiries to theappropriate departmentor team member, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly update customer profiles and track interactions.
• Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously whilemaintaininga high levelof service quality and attention to detail.
• Maintainand ensure the accuracy of customer information across various systems, including CRM and other internal databases.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, resolving issues or escalatingconcernsas necessary.
