We need a highly motivated Virtual Assistant who has meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all documentation and data entry.
As a Virtual Assistant, Your Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Organize, maintain, and update all client files and case records.
- Handle all client communication (phone, email, etc.) professionally and promptly.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and associated calendars.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor social media messages and support general office operations as needed.
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
- With related work experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable communicating confidently and independently with clients and foreign counterparts.
- Professional, punctual, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Willing to be assigned to Subic.
