Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.


Role Overview: As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our leadership team — managing communications, organizing workflows, and helping execute key tasks across departments. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and isn’t afraid to take initiative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Emails: Stay on top of the inbox, respond to messages professionally, and flag important communications for the team.
  • Schedule Smarter: Organize meetings, calls, and calendars to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Keep Us Organized: Maintain digital files, manage shared drives, and prepare basic reports and documents.
  • Support Projects: Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Assist Customers: Handle basic inquiries and ensure customers feel valued and supported.
  • Website Maintenance: Perform basic website edits and updates (e.g., adding blog posts, updating product descriptions, managing plugins).
  • Social Media Support: Assist with scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement across social platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Help set up, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Experience with basic website editing tools such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools
