Job Description of Foreign National:
• Service Support Solution includes diagnosis, resolution and reporting of customer issues and questions relating to Online Video Streaming paid content products.
• Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference.
Technical Skills and Qualities Required:
• Written and Verbal Vietnamese language proficiency. Experience / ability to translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
• Open to College Undergraduates and College Graduates
• Candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a Vietnamese Billingual account or any similar experience
