Why this role exists
We're seeking a Video Content Specialist to streamline content creation, communication, and project coordination across both real estate and coaching operations. This role is vital for maintaining effective communication with community members, creating engaging video content, and managing various digital platforms while ensuring smooth operational flow.

The Impact you’ll make

Video Content Creation

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos

  • Create engaging content without excessive graphics

  • Maintain consistent brand quality

  • Support both real estate and coaching content needs

  • Ensure professional output across all channels


Communication & Project Coordination

  • Manage high-volume email communication effectively

  • Act as intermediary for real estate and coaching operations

  • Coordinate with external parties

  • Disseminate information efficiently

  • Prevent communication misleads


Scheduling & Organization

  • Manage Zoom appointments for community members

  • Coordinate with new and potential members

  • Handle calendar management

  • Ensure efficient scheduling processes

  • Maintain organized communication flow


Social Media Management

  • Create engaging posts and stories

  • Manage content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

  • Support coaching service promotion

  • Maintain consistent brand voice

  • Integrate AI tools for efficiency



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • 2+ years of video editing experience

  • 1+ years of social media management

  • Experience with email and calendar management

  • Project coordination background

  • Proficiency with various social media platforms

  • Experience with Zapier and AI tools

  • Strong communication skills

  • Portfolio showcasing video editing work (required)

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

  • Computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • 20 hours per week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour

  • No benefits package included
