- Direct and provide leadership to casino marketing operation teams.
- Provide guidance on marketing objectives, target segments, resource allocation, risk management on player program, events and promotions to drive local and foreign business.
- Drive development and implementation of processes, programs, initiatives, infrastructure and technology required to deliver on marketing goals and plans.
- Demand management and resource optimization to enable efficient and effective shared services to support Business Development, VIP players and Junket operators.
- Work with marketing team and other business leaders to identify opportunities for customer segmentation, offer optimization, promotions and events and customer service excellence.
- Ensure governance and compliance across casino marketing operations in areas such as customer due diligence, database and AML in accordance to regulatory and company requirements.
- Ten-Fifteen (10-15) years within the integrated resort or gaming industry, with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams and driving cross-functional marketing operations.
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills to all levels of management.
- Highly organized and structured with strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
- Strong relationship development skills with a wide variety of audiences across different functions, ability to manage competent personnel to high levels of performance.
- Ability to lead through change, people management and relationship in a dynamic environment.
- Degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
