Job Description, Skills, And Qualifications

As a Bus Process Delivery Associate/ Vendor Billing Associate, you are expected to –


  • Work with vendors and/or finance stakeholders to deliver the following Billing services within Service Level Agreement.

  • Invoice creation and processing

  • Purchase Order /Statement of Work creation and monitoring

  • Manual payment processing

  • Exit clearance for corporate card holders

  • Hotel rewards monitoring

  • Incident report filing for delinquent/non-compliant corporate card holders

  • Accruals and reclass

  • Resolve email queries/requests and ServiceNow tickets related to the billing process.

  • Ensure that vendor invoice data/information are processed accurately to avoid rework and impact to service performance metrics.

  • Maintain and update tracker, job aids and process documents, attend internal meetings for process updates and initiatives.

  • Attend vendor meetings only when necessary to resolve issues and concerns, provide updates on pending items and to align the process Service Level Agreement.

  • Raise any issues and escalations to the attention of the Billing Supervisor for the required initial stakeholder management.

  • All other tasks, particularly Mobility billing-related ones that the leadership may assign on an adhoc basis.

    • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in any Finance related courses

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in vendor billing process

  • Basic MS Office Application skills (Advanced Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Good to have: Accounting
