Job Description


Job Title: SAP ISU Consultant

4-12 years experience in SAP ISU greenfield implementation projects/change request projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, such as project planning & scoping, blueprinting, realization, data mapping & conversion, integration & user acceptance testing, go-live

Working knowledge of SAP ISU, master data model and processes

Experienced in regulated/de-regulated market environment (global utilities) and hands-on experience with SAP solutions, including the ability to support solution frameworks and solution process landscapes and define integration touchpoints

Proficient knowledge of end to end business process

Good understanding of the integration between IS-U and peripheral solutions

Experience in identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations

Domain experience in Electricity, Gas or Water Utilities industries

Strong communication skills, able to share and explain complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills

Basic SAP ABAP skills and debugging skills are nice to have

Capability to understand client’s business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offering and be part of the delivery team

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

Utilities retail and customer services process & domain expertise

Good Understanding of IS Utility integration between different modules and integration with Utilities systems such Portal, UI, Upstream and Downstream functionalities

Would be advantageous but not mandatory: IS Utilities, SAP certification
