The UX Designer assists the team in elevating our digital product and services. The team is small but growing team where each individual has a lot of opportunity to stretch their design legs and further their career growth.

Job Description

  • Plans, manages, and executes high quality designs that contribute to the experience and delivery of multiple products
  • Follows and builds on internal processes that help drive efficient execution
  • Supports user research activities which include providing relevant mockups and/or prototypes
  • Visualizes complex information or concepts in simple and effective ways
  • Clearly presents various stages of design to business owners, team members, and other stakeholders to get buy-in

Qualifications

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder in any Design, IT or Behavioral Science-related course
  • Must have at least 2 years in UX / Interaction / Product Design
  • Must have solid foundation in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Usability
  • Must be abreast with latest UX research techniques and designs trends
  • Must have the ability to design responsive interfaces across multiple platforms and screen sizes
  • Can utilize and contribute to a Design System
  • Must have visual design chops
  • Must have the ability to provide clear documentation of the proposed solutions to enable developers to implement the designs as accurately as possible
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be collaborative, diligent, disciplined, and empathic
  • Banking / Fintech industry knowledge is a plus
