Job Profile Summary:
Generates quotations as needed, inputs order details into relevant systems, and facilitates the end-to-end process from order-to-billing.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Owns the implementation of the entire order-to-billing process, and for providing ongoing order management support for Sales Team and clients.
Manages and accomplishes the entire end to end order life cycle, including order preparation, order monitoring, permissioning and billing/credits/cancellations for new and renewal orders.
Confirms all client orders are accurate for sales and financial reporting and ensures adherence to compliance controls and 3rd party guidelines.
Aligns to a designated client base and is accountable for building relationships with internal and external customers, playing a key role in improving service results.
Handles and resolve queries relating to quote/order status, billing, client account information/permissioning, and compliance issues.
Leads ad hoc initiatives with relevant groups, ensuring customer requests are successfully completed.
Spots trends and make recommendations for improving systems and procedures.
Owns basic Service Alerts, including creation, management and resolution of all alerts issued and performs pre-audits.
Supports tasks related to Salesforce systems such as following up on pending orders and billing, navigating through moderately complex queries related to contracts or product installations.
Supports the process of acquiring contracts, order forms from customers and trials management.
Supports to resolve grievances related to administrative issues while partnering closely with internal customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Limited previous experience in Order to Cash / customer support roles.
- Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements.
