Role Description

This is a contract role for a US Recruiter (Project-Based) located on-site in Pasig. The US Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job postings, and maintain a database of potential candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience and abide by Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting is preferred
• Previous BPO Agents looking to shift careers are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Pasig City
