- Must have experience working with US-based clinics and physicians, specifically Physical Therapy
- Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
- Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!
- Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be willing to work onsite
