We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented NON-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, calling, recruiting, and hiring candidates for light industrial positions such as Admin Assistant, Office Coordinator, Medical Assistant, Compliance Administrator, Sales, Collection, CSR, Accounting clerks, Bookkeeper, Maintenance Tech, Assembly line workers, Warehouse Associates, Forklift, Material Handler, Laborer, Driver and Machine operators. Your duties will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the light industrial sector, excellent communication skills -and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels (CB, Monster, Indeed job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates for light industrial positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Coordinate candidate offers and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the light industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding ofrecruitingmethods and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- High levelof professionalism and integrity.
