Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying benefits, speaking to pediatric physical therapy patients' parents, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and managing the EMR.

- Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
- BPO experience in a healthcare account is a must
- Experience working virtually for a Private Clinic/Hospital in the US is preferred
- Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
- Experience handling EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation process, and do inbound/outbound calling is a must
- Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
- Organized and detail-oriented
