Responsibilities

  • Conduct Verification of Benefits

  • Answer Inbound Calls
  • Follow-up on Appointment Calls
  • Make Outbound Calls to Leads
  • Schedule/Reschedule Patient Appointments
  • Manage EMR
  • Monitor Clinic’s Virtual Kiosks

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
  • Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
  • Experience in medical billing and coding is a Plus!
  • Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be open to work on onsite setup
