- Saturday: 5:45 PM - 1:30 PM PH Time
- Sunday-Tuesday: 6:45 PH - 5:30 PM PH Time
Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher supporting US clients in a Logistics industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knows how to navigate Tool Maps (e.g. Google Maps etc.)
- Proficient in navigating MS Office Application & Google Workspace.
- Dedicated and highly organized in work.
- Scope of work:
- Monitor and manage active deliveries
- Update customers and drivers on ETAs and delays
- Handle re-dispatch in case of failed delivery
- Manage basic customer inquiries via phone/email/chat/client web portals
- Prepare a brief nightly report/handover for the day team
- Coverage Model: One dedicated dispatcher + shared backup for contingencies
- Languages: Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Technology: Ability to work within our TMS/dispatch software (training provided) and our clients web portals.
- Service Level Expectations:
- Answer calls within 15 seconds on average
- Resolve or escalate urgent issues immediately
- Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in customer communications
