The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining general ledger entries.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Help in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with internal audits and external reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance field.
- Open to working onsite and on a night shift schedule, is required.
