- Apply customer payments
- Categorize customer deductions within a trade promotions management software (Confido)
- Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to research discrepancies and address disputes.
- Download credit card and bank transactions into Quickbooks on a weekly basis
- Upload invoice reports into a lender portal
- Weekly sales reporting (within Excel)
- Eventually take over accounts payable
- Possible balance sheet reconciliations
- High level familiarity with accounting principles.
- Well-rounded accounting professional who can assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in working within Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
