About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative for our TELCO account, you will be the voice of our client, providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will handle a variety of inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.
- For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.
- Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education upon hire, Diploma or TOR. If no Diploma or TOR is available, candidates must submit at least 2 school supporting documents such as ID, study load, certificate of registration, etc.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
