Lead a team of technical account managers to ensure high-quality client service

Prepare reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and project status
Train and mentor team members to enhance their professional growth
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within a technical environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven track record in managing client accounts successfully
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
