As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound calls, emails, chats, and other web interactions
  • Listening to and addressing customer concerns and needs
  • Providing accurate support, answers, and resolutions professionally and confidently
  • Documenting processes and actions taken in each transaction
  • Maintaining expertise in computer tools and telephone etiquette
  • Adhering to assigned schedules
  • Meeting or exceeding productivity, availability, and quality standards
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service to meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and/or relevant administrative tasks
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (not mandatory)
  • High school graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Ability to present information clearly, listen effectively, and influence and persuade others
  • Proficiency with computer and technology tools as needed
