URGENT Hiring - Control Room Operators (Back Office) | Competitive Pay

About Us

Talice Security is a locally owned and operated company that has been providing security services in the Northern Territory, Australia for over 45 years. Throughout this time, we’ve grown from a small one-person operation to our current organisation of over 150 employees across a number of different clients. Now, we are expanding our operations to IT Park, Cebu, Philippines, offering a competitive salary range from Php 30,000 to Php 35,000

We are currently looking for safety conscious CCTV and Control Room Operators who are attentive to detail, and able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.

About the Role

• Learning operations of access control systems, CCTV systems, computer systems etc as required
• Operating CCTV equipment and software proactively to help our clients and guards detect, deter, and minimise crime and/or anti-social behaviour
• Use CCTV systems to identify and extract key information to assist in investigations/reports for key stakeholders
• Communicate with and respond to people in challenging and aggressive situations in an empathetic and supportive manner
• Accurately writing reports, maintaining shift logs and entering information into relevant systems/databases
• Develop and continuously improve working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and report any equipment or operational faults to management/key stakeholders

About You

We are seeking candidates with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a BPO company (preferable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with foreign clients
• High level of integrity and commitment to company on/or site policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and strong literacy, numeracy and computer skills
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure the secure storage and appropriate use of all sensitive materials
• Ability to work onsite (IT Park)
• Ability to start work ASAP
