Unit Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated Unit Manager to lead, develop, and grow a team of real estate salespeople. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit: Identify and hire skilled salespeople to build a successful team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales (marketing experience is a plus).
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership or managerial experience with proven success in managing sales teams.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and guide salespeople.
