We are seeking a dynamic Unified Configuration Lead with previous experience with Intune MDM (Endpoint Manager), MAM, Autopilot, and Endpoint Protection technologies. The right candidate will join our team to architect, design, and present a wide array of IT endpoint management solutions. The prospective candidate will act as lead for endpoint management service, covering configuration management of desktops, laptops and mobile devices for the conglomerate, ensuring compliance with security and hardening standards, while safeguarding end-user productivity. This area covers disciplines such as automated provisioning of new devices, seamless installation of software and security updates, design, and implementation of policies to ensure secure usage of endpoints.
This exciting position focuses primarily on designing Microsoft-centric solutions and as such, we are looking for someone with enterprise-level design experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Office 365, Intune, Security, and Endpoint Protection solutions.
Our ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude and can think under pressure in a fast-moving environment. They will have the ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner. Upon securing this role, the Unified Endpoint Management Lead will join a dynamic team within the Corporate IT Infrastructure department to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft solutions on a large enterprise scale.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform assessment of current on-premise AD, SCCM and endpoint Windows infrastructure with the intention of identifying issues related to design, health, and functionality.
- Designing, planning and Implementing Intune configuration and compliance policies
- Plan overall strategy of the endpoint management service and drive the continuous improvement following the fast-paced releases of new features
- Optimize Endpoint Management processes, such as provisioning of new endpoints (e.g. Autopilot), OS updates, deployment of security patches, packaging and delivery of third-party software, etc.
- Develop reports using UEM data to aide in asset management activities.
- Deliver training to the primary users of UEM who will be deploying patches and applications on the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
- Deliver training to the infrastructure team on the support needed to maintain the newly deployed UEM infrastructure if any.
- Govern the team responsible for endpoint management
- Deliver endpoint services that meets the demands of the business units
- Act as a point of escalation for incidents related to endpoints
- Oversee the delivery of technology services on multiple platforms related to endpoint management
- Develops, maintains and monitors Key Performance Indicators related to endpoint management, service requests, and endpoint inventory and lifecycle
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses
- 5+ years of experience of working directly with enterprise endpoint management platforms as a technical lead (Configuration Manager, Intune, Co-Management, Active Directory and Office 365)
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting systems and infrastructure related to endpoint management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft networks at the operating system level, file/directory security, and user account level
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
- User of IT Service Management methodologies with specific demonstrated experience in incident and change management
- Extensive command of at least one programming/scripting language (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and being able to write code independently (Preferred)
- At least one relevant Microsoft certifications (Preferred)
