A Glimpse into Your New Role

• Processing customer loan application forms and documents to determine eligibility
• Liaise with customers by phone and email regarding the status of their application and for additional information required
• Liaise with the onshore team for information and documents related to the loan application

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year Back-office and voice experience in the BPO
• Good to excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• With critical attention to detail and data matching
