UI/UX Web & App Designer Position Description

The UI/UX Web & App Designer plays a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our digital products at GoTeam. This position is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and effective interfaces for our educational platforms. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs align with user needs and business goals, ultimately enhancing learning experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that meet user and business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs and maintain a strong design vision throughout the development process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continually evolve design approaches.
• Ensure consistency in design across various products and platforms, aligning with the GoTeam brand guidelines.
• Develop design specifications and documentation for development teams.
• Participate in design critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the education sector.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work and process.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
