Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver optimal usability and user experience.
- Develop design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all educational platforms.
- Perform usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies within the education sector.
- Assist in the development of visually appealing graphics and interface elements that support user engagement.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the education or technology industry.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, with clear examples of user-centered design processes.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for improving education through innovative design solutions.
