UI/UX Designer Position Description

The UI/UX Designer at GoTeam plays a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our educational products. This position is responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that facilitate learning and inspire users. By understanding user needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the UI/UX Designer contributes to the overall effectiveness of our educational offerings, ultimately driving user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver optimal usability and user experience.
• Develop design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all educational platforms.
• Perform usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies within the education sector.
• Assist in the development of visually appealing graphics and interface elements that support user engagement.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into designs.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the education or technology industry.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, with clear examples of user-centered design processes.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
