UI/UX Designer

Position description: To work in hands with internal client’s team and UIUX team to produce effective and compelling B2B campaigns. To execute campaign assets and helping on website revamp/enhancement (Leads Generation, SEO, Branding) and microsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional UI/UX design for a variety of digital assets, including landing pages, microsites, webpages, emails, digital banners, and reporting dashboards, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of your target audience.
• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, data, and development) to gather requirements, define design objectives, and align with project goals.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of user research methodologies and analyze user data to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that optimize user flow, enhance usability, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Execute and adapt design assets across multiple platforms, driving A/B testing initiatives and proposing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI kits and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage client feedback and revisions effectively, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, particularly web projects. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent. 
• Strong understanding of design principles, design conceptualisation, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies. 
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams and clients. 
• Experience in client management, including effective communication, attending meetings, and gathering feedback to ensure designs meet client expectations and project requirements. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
