TTS BOOKKEEPER

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial in handling the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll functions for our clients. The candidate will utilize QuickBooks Online, Tax Dome CRM, Patriot Payroll, and Drake Tax Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and tax-related processes, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. There is potential for promotion into a leadership role, where the candidate may manage a team of junior Accountant / bookkeepers as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AR/AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Manage payroll processing using Patriot Payroll and other relevant tools.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Utilize Tax Dome CRM to track and manage client financial data.
• Assist with tax preparation and reporting using Drake Tax Software.
• Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with the tax and accounting team to ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Potentially train and manage junior bookkeepers as the company expands.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax-related functions.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Tax Dome CRM, Patriot Payroll, and Drake Tax Software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR/AP management, and payroll processing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior bookkeepers is a plus.
  
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Central Time, must be amenable to shifting schedule and overtime if needed
