Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for customers experiencing issues with telecommunications products and services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a positive and clear experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary and collaborate with internal teams for complex problems.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and interactions accurately in the system.
• Stay updated on the latest product information, system updates, and telecommunications trends to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications:

• Preferably at least 3 to 6 months of technical support or IT-related experience is a plus but not required.
• At least a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Familiarity with telecommunications products, systems, and networks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplifying technical information for customers.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
