Truckload Pricing Analyst - Remote Manila

As a Truckload Pricing Analyst, you are responsible for managing the quoting process for truckload freight, analyzing pricing strategies, and tracking performance metrics to ensure competitive and profitable outcomes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Pricing and Quoting: Develop and manage truckload pricing strategies that align with market trends and company goals, generate and deliver accurate and timely quotes to Carrier Sales Representatives for customer opportunities, and monitor and evaluate competitors' pricing to maintain competitive edge.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and quote success rates, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes, track and report on profitability and performance metrics for truckload pricing, and identify patterns and trends in pricing data to forecast market shifts and inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaboration: Partner with Carrier Sales Representatives to understand customer needs and provide tailored pricing solutions, and work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on freight market trends, customer preferences, and economic conditions to refine pricing models, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and changes that impact pricing strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, and logistics operations in the US market is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
• Language: Strong command of English language; B2 level or higher preferred.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), following the American Calendar.
