Treasury Officer

Responsible in assisting Treasury Manager in the over-all supervision of Treasury functions relative to handling of collections and deposits, accountability of all imprest funds and cash items under her custodianship, handling of personnel, maintenance of records and reports; and processing of disbursement.

Primary Responsibilities

• :Oversee imprest fund operations by auditing daily transactions, validating cash journals, and ensuring proper fund availability and control
• .Manage collections to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely deposits while maintaining compliance with reporting and validation standards
• .Ensure compliance and documentation integrity through proper record-keeping, fund security, and adherence to audit and treasury protocols
• .Administer payables by verifying invoice accuracy, monitoring cash positions, and ensuring timely vendor payments
• .Lead and develop team members through effective supervision, training, and participation in organizational talent development programs

Qualifications

• : Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• ).At least 1–2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or related role
• s.Strong attention to detail and high integrit
• y.Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantag
• e.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holiday
