Treasury Manager

The Position Is Responsible For Treasury Activities For The Entities In The Philippines And To Support The Treasury Manager Philippines. The Position Is Responsible For:

• Local financing and daily cash flow management
• Investment of excess cash
• Support for local banking relationships with the international and local/ regional banks
• Implement and maintain cash management systems/solutions in the country.
  
  

The Treasury Manager ensures that all the appropriate and applicable Treasury governance and processes are in place. He/She will support Central Group Treasury activities such as customer credit management, global banking relationships, cash management implementations, FX risk management and cash forecasting.

Responsibilities

Local Entity Financing (3 entities):

• Responsible for local bank financing and guarantee lines for operating entities
• Responsible for I/C financing and deposit agreements (including TP analysis, accounting, and operational activities)
• Ensure compliance of I/C financing with loan agreements and local regulations
• Management of Central Bank documentation and reporting requirements. Ensure clear alignment and fast issue resolution with the regulators.
  
  

Local Bank Relationships:

• Selection and management of local banks relationships in line with global banking strategy
• Maintain and ensure effective relationships with local and international financial institutions in the country
• Lead banking service reviews in the country
• Review and monitor minimum bank account balances requirements in the country
  
  

Planning, Cash Repatriation Strategies & Processes:

• Assist with the coordination and review of entity planning input for LE and ASP (Treasury items only)
• Implementation of debt/equity structure in the country
• Review Treasury aspects of business flows and impact on financial metrics
  
  

Treasury Operations:

• Management of bank accounts
• Facilitate loan applications with the regulator
• Handle FX transactions
• Ensure compliance to Treasury P&Ps
• Ensure process alignment among the market, factory and GBS entities for treasury operations
• Support the Treasury Director APAC Cluster for the Treasury Operations in the Cluster
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy, or related field from reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Treasury Lead role from FMCG company preferably multinational.
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing
