Qualifications:
The perfect applicant for the Travel Support Agent position would be a recent high school or senior high school graduate (with a diploma or certificate), exhibit outstanding communication skills, know how to use the internet with some basic ease, and be available to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. It is not necessary to have previous work experience, but immediate availability is.
Responsibilities:
The Travel Support Agent is responsible for assisting customers with their travel inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing support for booking flights, hotels, and other travel services, troubleshooting and resolving travel-related issues promptly, offering information on travel policies, procedures, and destinations, documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, collaborating with travel partners and suppliers to ensure service quality, staying updated on industry trends and travel regulations, and supporting team members as needed to foster a positive work environment.
