About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Travel Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in luxury travel and high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using GDS systems for quoting and ticketing air and hotel bookings, along with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients. Experience working with IBC (Independent Business Consultants) is a plus, as this role involves collaborating with independent agents and partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle luxury travel bookings, including flights and hotels, using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a premium and personalized travel experience.
  • Manage sales inquiries through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring client privacy and confidentiality.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by securing high-value travel deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, exclusive travel offers, and competitor pricing.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client requests simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in luxury travel, aviation, or high-ticket sales.
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems for flight and hotel bookings.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
